For the most part everything was great with a few exceptions , breakfast was a joke. Horrible selection nothing was readily available for the customers although the employees new exactly wanted to come and grab and then everything was empty and she didn't refill and we got there exactly when it opened but the employees they gotten all the eggs and sausage it was just a joke. They should have a couple of elevators not just one that takes you to your floor you have to walk quite a bit to get where you're going to your room there's only one entrance and exit door so we have to be wearing your walking shoes

Check in and room accommodations were good overall. Some minor issues such as no towels in the room and there was no extra toilet paper in the room despite the roll in the room being low. There were also no extra blankets in the room nor could you reach the front desk via the preprogrammed button on the phone. My kids enjoyed the pool and there is also a basketball court in hotel grounds

Hotel is advertised as 2.5 star. Should be 2 or less. Room was dirty, halls were dirty, elevator disgusting! Looked and felt more like a cheap motel. There was hair in the bathroom on the tub and floor. The bathroom smelled of urine. I only stayed (slept in clothes on couch) because I booked 3rd party, and wouldn’t be refunded.

Not great

Property was in disrepair, lots of construction. Elevator was dirty. The staff was very friendly though. The room was ok, mostly clean but mold in bathroom and other random small details. Lots of mechanical noises all night. My windshield was cracked when we went to car next morning. Can’t say it happened there, just when we first noticed it.

The property is under construction so there's a lot of dirt around and inside the property. Staff is short so the rooms aren't that clean. Our shower curtain was filthy.
