The Kitchen is not fully equipped for 6 people. There is one old frying pan. And 2 very, very small potsAnd one very nice knife but very blunt. No shapener. They have towels for 3 people when i booked for people. I couldn't cook anything even simple as noodles. The sofa bed bottom sheet was alredy on there, very, very nasty. It was used and not changed. I took pictures and videos then I contacted the front dersk but no help that first night. The floors were slept but very dirty they need mopping.

Communication with Kasa was difficult. We didn't get all the information on confirmation and access codes and addresses until the day we were travelling and the info was split between a few emails. Parking was confusing and not explained well. The room was very good, but there was no hot water for half of the stay. The coffee maker had not been cleaned and was covered with mold. We needed extra pillows and a blanket but there were none to be had in the concierge closet, which also was out of regular coffee. We've decided that the lack of a front desk really does make a difference and urge Kasa to provide this service.

Overall the place was nice and in a great location. However, the service was lacking. After going out briefly to grab a coffee (in my pajamas) the door guard somehow engaged and I couldn’t get back in my room. After reaching out the hotel for assistance, I waited in the hall for almost an hour to be told it would take another 1 hour and 40 minutes (3 hour total) for them to have someone assist me. Which leads me to believe that there is no “on site team) as they claim there is.
