Beautiful location - Hard to sleep due to beds

Location beautiful. Beds are very squeaky that is impossible to sleep. Isolation with other rooms so poor that you can hear the squeak of the next door bed clearly

Very nice accommodations, and nice amenities. Rooftop bar is great, and other dining options, surrounding area. We had a little glitch w/the TV in the bedroom (sound wouldn't work - we heard at checkout sometimes there's an issue w/Sonos speaker?) but nice room, and we'd stay there again.

Perfect for all occasions!!! The Roost is located in a renovated building called The Book Tower, beautiful inside and out with so much history behind it! Walking distance to all events from the comedy show at Fox theatre, a concert at The Little Ceasers Arena or a Tigers game at Comerica Park!
