The room & public areas were clean. There was no microwave or sleeper sofa in the room as pictured online and expected since this was the choice of room with a single queen bed that I chose. Heavy snow was falling my first evening and 2 staff persons cars were parked under the portico, inconveniencing the guests at check-in. Every day after there was at least 1 car parked there. (Guess it was most important that they didn't need to clean snow from their cars.) The snow clearing in the parking lot and sidewalks was minimal at best my whole stay. (Other hotels in the area put forth much more effort for guest safety.) Breakfast was disappointing for several reasons.

On the surface it looked ok but sheets were stained and dirty. No shower curtain. Had to request it. Elevator stinks like smoke. Just overall dingy. Will never go back.
