I have stayed in this property MANY times over the years. It is an older hotel with no extra's but serves a purpose for a place to sleep while I am away all day. This particular time, I after a very long day, I went to get in bed and the sheets had never been changed. There were at least 20 black curly hairs in various places on the king sized bed, there was a few spots that looked like blood, and a few other spots of who knows what. I went down and asked to move rooms.Iwas moved to a room that felt like a sauna, had to leave the window open all night (it litaerlly was THAT hot), the window had no screen and faced the highway at an interchange. At one point, I could see snow blowing into the room. I went to place my purse on the chair, and one side of it was ripped to shreds...literally. I was too tired to move again. I took pictures and showed the front desk the next day,they said it was from an animal who stayed in the room the previous stay. After I got home from my 2 night stay, I contacted the hotel with displeasure thinking they would at least try to 'make it right'. All I received was thank you for your feedback. VERY disappointed. I have pictures of the disgusting bed sheets, and the shredded chair, but they were just thankful for my 'feedback'.
