Really disappointing to see that you now have to pay for parking. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years when we are flying out of DTW, but having to now pay to park for an overnight stay we will probably start looking elsewhere. This was also the first time we had absolutely no amenities in our room (shampoo, conditioner, not even a hand soap bar)! Not sure if that was an oversight on housekeeping or also a new change, but it was definitely unexpected now being able to properly wash your hands.

Staff were pleasant…easy access to highway, free parking, breakfast was ok, we travel for Basketball so the kids are always comparing hotels breakfasts and they were not impressed…we have had far worse but nothing special here (only pork sausage) for those that care. Clean room, allowed late checkout to accommodate our late basketball game! We definitely book again

Great value!

I loved the cheese omelets for breakfast, and they even had a close parking space for veterans, which I used on two of our four days. It was convenient for visiting Ann Arbor and lower priced than most, so it was a GREAT value!

Booked this hotel after changing to a next day flight due to a flight cancellation. Waited about 20 minutes for the hotel shuttle. Called the hotel and had to let them know I needed it. I thought it was continuously running. The hotel was fine, clean, good toiletries. The bed was bumpy but did the job. Nothing great but nothing horrible either. Good economy hotel when stuck overnight.

The main thing was the wonderful woman at the reception desk, who after I had a very long day of airport delays was clear, friendly, very helpful, and made me feel welcome. This was the night of Sunday, May 4th, around 11pm. She was excellent.
