A fun and relaxing hotel in the heart of Royal Oak. The staff are friendly and outgoing and made me feel right at home from check in to check out. A wonderful place to stay while exploring all that Detroit and the surrounding area has to offer.

The stay was average. Bathroom left a lot to be desired. Tub didn’t drain well, drop down ceiling tiles had water spots. The room itself was clean and nice. The office closes at midnight and right after people were sitting outside for over an hour being extremely loud keeping us awake. I asked them to be quiet and they did not. I had no way to contact anyone at the hotel since they were closed. I did reach out through their website and they reached out in the morning offering us late check out for free which was nice.

Cute but bring your pilliw

The front desk staff was great. The room was cute. I really liked the vibe. Bed was relatively comfortable but the pillows were unbearable. Lots of trouble checking in bc Expedia doesn’t sync w their system very well. I think this is an Expedia problem. I would stay there again but would recommend booking directly & bringing your pillow.
