Front desk unattended at both check-in and check-out causing extended wait times to even be acknowledged. Ambivalent response when I reported the television in room not working. Unable to provide a copy of my folio and the auto generated email copy was both incorrect (wrong location info) and incomplete (no charges shown).

Staff could improve. I had an issue with my ac. It was not cooling. They sent over a maintenance guy and he was extremely rude saying we just don’t know what we’re doing and had a terrible attitude. When I matched his attitude, he threaten to get me kicked out. They need to get rid of him. Everything else was great

I enjoyed my stay at this pet friendly establishment. The staff was extremely welcoming and professional and the room was clean, with the exception that housekeeping forgot to empty the wastebasket under the kitchen sink. I like the convenience of the setup with dishes, silverware, glasses and cookware already for you to prepare a quick meal using their modern appliances. A large park is within a few blocks... spent mornings and evenings walking my dog in that park. Very nice area.

We will now ALWAYS stay here when we visit our daughter. It was so awesome. They thought of everything, Easy-to-reach electric and USB charging next to each side of the bed. The ability to sign in to our Netflix, etc. Ingenious things like an additional table under another table, to pull out and use. We just kept finding new, cool things! Highly recommend!
