Both days had problems 1 was very loud kids running around knocking on doors every 20 min including ours #2 the next early morning the fire alarm was going off waking us up out of our sleep and we hurried to get out only to go down stairs where the staff said they don’t know anything about y it was going off. & they offered no apologies or anything! So we just checked out early

The room i checked in was dirty and had ants everywhere . I did contact the front desk and i spoke with the housekeeper who said she cleaned that room . The front desk employee said a manager would contact me in regards to this and i haven’t heard anything . Very disappointed in that room .

The only issue was with the third party that i booked my stay through. I paid for my room and the code or authorization sent over from Expedia did not work. Then at check out im told i have a 60.00 balance. Which makes no sense at all then i wss told to have a good day. So i would recommended double checking before you pay anything extra.

Great place to stay

Really clean and updated, all staff was exceptional, was very impressed. Only complaint where the pillows, maybe get a few different softnesses, mine were extremely soft and kinked my neck, but besides that, it was an excellent stay

We enjoyed our stay the hotel! Everybody was very nice and helpful! I definitely would recommend staying there and will come back! The two guys at the breakfast bar were super nice and did an excellent job!
