Location is decent; definitely not great, but ok for what we needed. What I found funny though was upon checking in, I asked for the top floor in a quiet section of the hotel. The girl working told me that she had us on the top third floor, and that there are only three floors. Obviously, I didn’t think anything of it until checking into the room and setting in for the night. I then started to hear loud noises coming from above me. I then figured out that there were four floors in the hotel. It would’ve been nice to know that upon check-in. Not sure why she told us this, but obviously it would’ve been nice to know this before accepting the room. Probably won’t stay here again.

There were a few gnats in the room, hair was in the shower, attached to the clean bathroom towels and on the bathroom floor. The chaise in the room had stains on it, which gave the appearance of dirty. I wasn’t satisfied at all, decided to check out early.

The room was very nice, spacious and clean. I love that it’s a fridge and microwave in the room. This was my second time staying here and it was a pleasure like last time! I will definitely be booking again!

Guest were so loud all night long past midnight there were wedding reception parties near by the hotel most of the wedding guests were staying at the hotel and they became very disturbance to other guests who just wanted rest from long driving.

Pancake machine was not working properly and had to shut it down in the middle of the business rush. The large fruit bowl had several moldy oranges and the staff did not notice until I had to point it out. Did not know on day 1 that alternative milk options were available, Silk Almond Milk. It was noticed on day 2 in the cooler.

Best hotel staff

The hotel was super clean, bed was just what my aching back ordered, most of the breakfast was the usual fare with the exception of the gravy and biscuits . They were second only to my wife’s. But the star of this show was Christiana the evening clerk. She was so helpful but the smile and laugh truly made feel welcome.
