There was no hot water when I brought it to staffs attention they told me they turn the water heater off till 11pm & offered me a warm shower at 5am on my way to work 🙄

I stay here frequently while on business meetings during the week am NEVER charged a incidental charge. Yesterday I was charged for incidentals, which I'm aware this is a standard charge at most hotels. However, this one is currently under renovations and feel that the charge should not apply until renovations are completed. Next time I will make sure to select another establishment in the area, because there are nicer properties in the area.

I now understand why the room price was so low. On that later. The first room we were given was a mess, bed disheveled, trash can full. I requested another room which was very nice. As to the room rate, it’s because there is no restaurant, so no way to get or purchase food, and no bar. We went next door to the Embassy Suites to get a drink. Also, no hot water in the shower, tepid was the best I could get after wasting water trying to get a warmer temperature.

This entire property should be closed. Halls and elevators are filthy. The rooms are very old and tired. The first room I was given had yellowed sheets and the toilet lid was broken. Why does Radisson keep their name on this hotel?

People on the same floor were noisy. Had to switch rooms cause the blinds for my window wouldnt close. $4 for a small bottle of water is ridiculous. The hotel might say raddisson, but it is dirty and not up to par with any other Raddisson I have stayed. Shuttle bus was convenient to the airport.

Hotel had no hot water but no one told me until the next morning when I needed to prepare for my work day. I called down to the front desk and they were not courteous enough to relocate me and bring the key to the room they wanted me to come down to the front desk get a key and then go to another room they assign me to. After the second room had no water that's when they told me the hotel had no hot water.
