Garbage overflow by entrance Garbage and cigarette butts in parking lot Entrance windows dirty Mirrors in the room not cleaned fingerprints all over Sheets were not on properly thrown together we asked ourselves were these clean sheets? We will not be staying there again.

The milk was sour, eggs were runny, no juice sjust coffee and water. When checking in service didnt talk much when checking in. Need a code to use restroom in lobby. Wouldnt recommend.

Believe the reviews

Overall feel of the hotel is run down. Room - We were told the 2nd floor was remodeled so I ignored the reviews and requested the 2nd floor. The rooms were not remodeled and dirty. The carpet was stained with what looked like crayons and the floor in the bathroom wasn't cleaned well. The beds were ok so we just stuck it out. Also, don't expect more than 2 washcloths per room and if you want more you have to bring the give the used ones back first. I did and was told to come back in a hour. I didn't get to go back because we had an event. I just hope I don't get charged for them. Breakfast - they had minimal to offer. No juice or individual cartons of milk. If you are cereal, you had to use a pitcher.

First day breakfast wasn’t served until 8:30am. There were a couple bagels and apples but that’s about it until the food was ready to be served right before 9am. The booklet in the room says breakfast is from 6-10am but breakfast actually ends at 9am and I missed it by 5 minutes. I had no problems with the staff but the keycard takes multiple attempts to try to get into the room. I had to have a staff member help me twice to get into my room. My comforter was also looking dirty and there was a dusty Hi-C juice box that was empty inside of my lamp next to the bed.

The room was great. However, there was only 1 waste basket in the whole room. Could use more. Breakfast was a little disappointing. However, we will probably stay there again.

There were limited hot choices for breakfast and the pool water was extremely cold and there were no towels. Children were running down the hallways late at night knocking on doors. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean but the air conditioner filter should have been changed. I woke up with no voice from the allergens in the room
