Terrible experience ever at a hotel

Booked a 1 bedroom King Suite with couch bed and Kitchenette. Had only one remote for both the bedroom and sitting room tvs of course could only turn on the tv that didn’t have a remote. There were no Cookware or utensils, th freezer Ice maker was broken so the freezer was full of ice cubes and was loud, only 2 towels in the bathroom I asked for more at the front desk and they never brought more after calling a second time, the vent to the heater was gone could only get heat to the sitting room, no light bulb in the side chair lamp, had to go ask for toilet tissue cause there was none in the room, no clock, no coffee pot, microwave worked, was in the room less than 20 minutes and spotted a huge roach in the bathroom and 2 smaller ones on the floor l and table. Me and my family slept in the car for the first night we were booked for 3 nights could not get a refund cause management wasn’t there until Monday. It was suppose to be a weekend for swimming and visiting family and friends. Was able to book another room and a better cleaner hotel for the rest of the time but still waiting for my refund. Will never stay there ever and will not recommend.
Surely didn’t want to take home any hitch hikers Cochroach Willie was ready with a greeting.

This should not have been a rented unit! Toilet didn't want to flush! No coffee in room as stated although I did ask and was brought some. Coffee pot was broke, numerous drawers were broke or stuck open. Microwave didn't work light continuously on! TV and TV remote didn't work properly. TV died this morning when trying to lower volume. I have pictures of all. There was absolutely no security in the place the doors to enter in were wide open all night! It was advertised as a suite to be able to cook in but there was nothing in the room for to do any of this. Bed so hard I had to sleep in the recliner in the room and without help getting out of it I wouldn't have been able to! Hole in wall behind recliner as well. The desk clerks in formed me it was under new management but I wouldn't have known because they all seemed to know nothing. I was not able to get a receipt for my stay. Nor was that clerk any help! I would never ever recommend this place I actually want my money back!

the room literally smelled bad after the air freshner dissipated same goes for the halls most of the time. the kitchen was dirty with leftovers from previous tenants. we ordered beds for four and received prepred for two. we asked for linens and towels and were told to wait for the next morning and only after my wife shouted at them did we receive additional pillows.

Poor front desk staff. No blanket or comforter on bed. Front staff said they don't normally put blanket/comforters on beds, just a bed sheet. Insane!!! The delivered a blanket the next day. I will never stay there again or any of their locations.

Worst Hotel I’ve stayed in

Upon checking into the room, I discovered multiple roaches in the room, stains on the walls, halfway clean bathroom, and the people staying across from me had a loud barking dog in there room. It was so bad I ended up checking right back out and getting a refund.

Reservation for 2 people for 4 days should mean to have soap, tissue and towels equipped for that length of stay. The security guard was always asleep at his post. Handwritten list of reachable phone numbers taped to the lobby desk. Very unprofessional. For the price I'd return, but would definitely be supplying my own toiletries.

Dont do it!!!

Room had to be cleaned by manager. Kept being locked out due to dead door battery. Refrigerator ran like a scat cat. They shut down the front desk at midnight. Never got to stay 1 night, no rooms available. Trying to keep my refund..
