This was the most ghetto hotel i’ve stayed at, the service was ass waited 20 mins to check in, they had an ant problem kept getting bit up by them in our room they don’t properly clean up, there was a half drank beverage in the fridge, our ac was just ghetto. They didn’t offer me a refund or anything for that i even showed pictures of ant piles.

The saying is you get what ya paid for....well the 1out ofthe 2 beds were broken. The fridge had food and drinks in it. The shower had no shampoo or conditioner in the dispenser. The breakfast was horrendous. We went down at 830am and there was hardly any food, the drink dispenser has shot glasses for cups. The whole place reeked of pot as soon as you stepped out into the hallway. I mean it worked for us because we were not in the room long (Ball Tourney) , but dont think we would stay again.

I was told the elevator wasn't working so i had to drag all my bags up to the second floor it took a few trips, otherwise would have to go up more steps to another room then there was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom missing the vent there were paint chips on the floor half a roll of toilet paper the door jam was busted the drapes were dirty. The little amount of food for breakfast that was there the eggs were gritty. It would have been nice to have a little bit better room. The location of the hotel was great but the building needs repairs i did get pictures. I was at another baymont in traverse city there was such a big difference in everything,

Our room on the third floor. The elevator was broken, the stairs had just been painted and caution tape was up to the stairs as well as the third floor hallway door. Our room door locks were both broken. We had to place our dogs cage in front of the door. The carpet was frayed and rolling up. There was no soap on the bathroom counter. Someone had put lotion in the caddy. When we checked out at 5:30 a.m this morning, the girl at the desk was so flustered I finally said you have my phone number have your manager call me. That was after her trying to make excuses and telling me she knew about the locks not working but the night time girl probably didnt. I said there is no excuse, explanation or justification for locks not working especially in a hotel that fully booked. I still have yet to hear from the manager.

Room has smell like dampness. Doors are not properly sealed. Rain water stays on stairs, safety concerns. Elevator was out of service for years. No elevator for old age people for the second floor. Difficult for old age people to go second floor from stairs.

This place was so terrible. Giant hole in shower ceiling, front door appeared to have been kicked in at some point. Smelled so badly of smoke we chose not to stay.

The lobby has been updated! The rooms have some minor updates. What was disapointing about the hotel room: there wasn't any shampoo, conditioner, or toilet paper in the bathroom. The counters weren't wiped and had crumbs and wrappers on them still. The floor hadn't been swept. When they tried to paint the walls, there were paint spots all over the floor. There's a patch hole in the middle of the room that was not finished. There was a light in the room that didn't work. Positive:the breakfast was your normal free breakfast but it was always stocked and cleaned.

I have already commented to owner: Smoking laws not observed Police cars and police in lobby upon arrival Terrible housekeeping— not interested to help, did not follow through even after manager redirected them Room in serious disrepair, dirty floors carpet no chair not at all like a Wyndham property, not at all like pictures anywhere in hotel Broken tap, trickle of water Broken fridge caused me a $75 loss of groceries Exposed staples and other dangers for children No working gym Grounds not picked up However: Gina was reasonable , def overworked as the only manager on site all weekend Carly was really good at breakfast.
