Great room, spacious and comfortable the breakfast buffet was up there with the best I have ever experienced. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Beautiful property so close to numerous public transportation options, wonderful dining and the Ice Bar. Amazingly quiet room with a spacious bathroom. Wonderful breakfast buffet.

Rooms are cleaned every 4 days, I told the maid to come back later, but she never came back, so my room was never cleaned, I stayed 6 nights. I took out my trash every day.

I wanted to stay an extra night but the hotel was fully booked w a concert in town. I saw surprised that when i ask to check out an hour later (1pm) they agreed but sought an extra US $10. Not a good look. I wont return.

We booked as required an accessible room which we were allocated, I did make sure of this by emailing a few days before as the booking was made some months ago. The room was a good size and fully accedsible, we were also able to stream content to the TV and the toiletries provided were Rituals, my wifes favourite! All areas with perhaps the exception of the rooftop pool (which we decided against trying) with the Norda restaurant having a wheelchair ramp The breakfast was excellent and the bar while expensive as standard in Sweden was no more than anywhere else we found. A shout out to Micke the maintenance man for fixing our wheelchair too! Location wise, perfectly placed in the centre near the station. From a wheelchair perspective, cobblestones everywhere outside.

Perfect location, lovely hotel excellent staff. Delicious breakfast.
