Surat Thani Province Ski Resorts

I want to start off by saying that you are definitely getting your money’s worth when you stay here. The whole experience was incredible from the very beginning. When you drive up, it feels like you’re nowhere near anything, and then once you arrive, it feels like paradise. The staff really takes care of you. If you’re an English speaker, just be patient with them. No one has an attitude, and if you ask for something and they can do it, they definitely will. The room I got was right in front of the sunset — Room 211. You have your own pool with an amazing view overlooking the ocean and the sunset. The food is exquisite. If you’re just starting off, I definitely recommend the Wagyu burger. The steakhouse is also great — just keep in mind that if you’re from the States, the steak may be prepared a little differently. The general pool is great, and every time your room gets cleaned, it feels like you just arrived all over again. Overall, if I could live there, I definitely would. If you’re visiting, I recommend staying at least three days so you can truly enjoy everything the resort has to offer.

This property is fantastic on all levels!! Beautiful property, best location, perfect spot on the beach, room cleaned everyday, breakfast buffet has many choices, bar staff is excellent at beach and pool bar. We would definitely stay here again. And a big shout out to our bartender, Poe Chi, we will miss you!

Breakfast menu was wonderful, great choices of à la carte and buffet catering both Asian and Western breakfasts. Service everywhere was kind, extremely attentive and timely. The room is cleaned twice a day and left in pristine condition. You can call for a surprise of the day once a day for a treat brought to your door. The pool and communal areas are always clean, and the beach is paradise. Although it's located in the centre, it is still quiet as the resort is so large, and ideally located to go to dinner on the beach. Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely return.

Every thing was great

La première chambre que nous avons eu était infestée de fourmis. On nous a déplacé dans une deuxième chambre. Celle-ci n'avait pas d'insectes mais au bout de 3 jours une forte odeur d'égoût se dégageait de la salle de bains. Nous avons été déçus de notre séjour. Le buffet déjeuner était bien et il y avait beaucoup de choix. Les piscines du complexe sont biens. L'endroit est bien situé. Près du centre mais assez calme le soir pour pouvoir se reposer. L'écolde de plongée est bien. Nous avons fait notre Open water et avons aimé l'expérience.
