Maldives Winery Accommodation

I went on my honeymoon. The entire experience was absolutely amazing. There is not a single downside i can say about this place other than the weather being insanely hot. Extremely clean rooms. Ocean pool suite is awesome. The staff was absolutely amazing, they made the entire experience super fun and enjoyable. Their pastry chef Jiwan, executive chef Asanka, staff members Vildhaan and Hakeem, our house cleaner (forgot his name) but all the food accomodatiojs were enjoyable because of these names. Im sure the rest of the staff are just as amazing. But the service from arrival to departure is so smooth. Definitely recommend their Sunset Dolphin Cruise excursion as well!!! (for extra $20 than the regular sunset cruise to me is so worth it even if theres a 50/50 chance for the dolphins to appear). The food is incredible, absolutely amazing. They use all natural ingredients that are harvested in the garden on the island. The marine life is amazing, I would wake up to Stingrays and reef sharks swimming around our villa every morning and every evening. 10000/10 would recommend this resort.

The staff, the staff, the staff! Everyone was amazing! This was one of the best vacations that I’ve taken. The 20 hr flight was worth the experience. The staff were so nice, and extremely outgoing. They were always open for conversation, making suggestions, and the chefs even gave me tips on how to prepare fishes that i enjoyed there. My only complaint, that had nothing to do with the staff, was that we adapted to the timezone sooner. That would've allowed for more of an experience.

We recently returned from a stay at this stunning resort in the Maldives, and while the natural beauty is truly breathtaking - from the crystal-clear waters to the serene beaches and luxurious villas - it's the people who made our experience genuinely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and gracious hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay as special as possible. It's rare to feel so seen and cared for while traveling, but here, it felt effortless on their part. A special mention must go to Chef Prasad, whose culinary talents left us speechless. Not only was every meal absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, but Chef Prasad also took the time to personalize dishes and share stories behind the flavors, adding a heartfelt and memorable touch to each dining experience. We would also like to give a heartfelt thank you to Vinet, Basim, Aalif, Musak, Nashid, Soban, Narsu, Das, Tshering, Zar, Thoriq(John), Bosan, Pilu, Riley and Shifau, who each went above and beyond in their own ways. Whether it was anticipating our needs before we even asked, sharing local insights, or simply greeting us with a genuine smile every day, they all played a part in making our trip feel more like a homecoming than a holiday. We can’t wait to return!

Kandima is one of the several resorts but we liked the family friendliness of this resort. Does this place have the activities that an all inclusive in the Carribean has, probably not but it is a still a quiet place to spend maybe 4-5 days. Not too many dining options. And ironically the restaurants are only open in the evenings. For the price + all inclusive option, expected a bit more. Hence giving only 4 stars.
