It was an excellent holiday Staff frendliness:10/10 Foods and Drinks:10/9 Room:10/10 Amenities:10/10 Airport transfer:10/10 Hotel wifi:10/1 The only thing was that the internet was awful The hotel management gave us an extra half day late check out with a new room. My overall rating for the hotel 10/9

For Male standards this is a good hotel. The restaurant on the top floor, is good. The staff are extremely helpful. The hotel is opposite a Mosque, therefore expect and early wake up, but every hotel is in close proximity to a Mosque. Personally, Male is not a very nice place to spend time.

We stayed for our honeymoon. Everything was beautiful, clean and perfect. The staff was very very polite, courteous and answered all our requests. 5 star. Highly recommend!

All inclusive. All generously and happily served. Even the wine was good. And of course Maldives scenery… like paradise

Our stay at Siyam World Maldives was nothing short of magical, and we owe a huge part of that to the amazing staff who made our honeymoon truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality, but what really stood out was the incredible service we received from our island ambassador Vanessa and the wonderful team at the Together Bar—especially Divya and Rico. Vanessa was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond to ensure that every moment of our stay was smooth, relaxing, and filled with joy. Whether it was organizing activities, making sure our preferences were always taken into account, or just checking in with a warm smile, she made us feel genuinely cared for. Divya and Rico at the Together Bar were equally amazing. Their energy, attentiveness, and positive vibes made every visit a highlight of our day. They took the time to remember our favorite drinks, made great recommendations, and were always up for a friendly chat. It felt like we were hanging out with friends rather than just being served. The beauty of Siyam World speaks for itself—stunning beaches, luxurious villas, and an endless list of things to do—but it’s the people that truly make the experience special. We’re already dreaming of coming back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a mix of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service in paradise All staff were amazing and polite. Especially Rico, Vanessa and Dyvia.

Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Every single staff member was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming — I truly felt like part of the resort family. What impressed me most is their commitment: if anything isn’t up to your expectations, just mention it and they’ll fix it immediately and go above and beyond to make it even better.
