Isle of Anglesey Hotels with Parking

Poor room condition, tired, dusty. Overall would not stay again.

The hotel, room, staff, food were all fabulous. From the welcome I received from the front door staff, who found the multi-tasking receptionist without being asked to moment I left the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was lovely, it was clean, airy and the coffee bags were an unexpected treat (I’d expected the usual coffee tubes) the room was nicely decorated and not the soulless reliable repeatable version the big chains provide. The hotel is recommended and my first choice next time I’m back in the area. Parking is limited but I stayed on a busy Friday night and found s space.

A lovely unique property full of character. Very friendly and helpful staff. Being an old building with many original features it has its flaws but they add to its charm. All beautiful original windows so no double glazing. They rattle if it’s windy! Our room got very hot even with the radiator turned off due to the old water pipes. We opened the windows and issue was largely solved. The views over Menai Strait were spectacular. The restaurant is excellent and well worth making a reservation. Nice location, lovely old house with lots of history. Service and general maintenance could do with improving. Seems to be run on a skeleton staff.

Easy check in the staff were helpful and pleasant throughout my stay. Room was nice and clean with a good walk in shower. Despite going for a single room being a solo traveller the room has very spacious. The food and drinks were also great during my stay.
