China Hotels with Parking

The hotel was reasonably clean. Check in and check out staff were pleasant. The first rooms climate control didn't work. Was told none of the outer rooms have aircon. Seemed odd and unbelievable. They couldn't change rooms so had to sleep sweating (I was already not feeling well and it made the rest of the week worse). They changed my room the next day to one that had aircon. The night staff working around the hotel have no consideration for the guests. None! Every night they would slam the closet or utility doors so hard it would wake me up. There were staff doing cleaning or maintenance in the room next door, in the middle of the night! They made so much noise and banging on the wall my bed literally shook. I got up and asked them to stop. They still kept slamming the utility doors and every night after. Because I was unwell I asked for an extra night in the hotel. They said yes and asked me to go downstairs for some paperwork. Different story downstairs. Fully booked. I checked out and found another place. Checkout staff were professional and nice. The hotel itself is quite nice. I didn't get a chance to use any of the amenities as I was feeling a bit ill. Based on the hotel itself I would have stay there again, but because of the night staff ill never stay there again. The hotel management needs to train their staff to consider sleeping guest when doing their chores.

My stay at the hotel was very comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but In need of a little refurbishment.

Efficient and effective service style. Excellent and environment to help you ready for a long trip travelling by aeroplane. As it is walking distance to the Guangzhou Baiyun airport.

My husband and I had a room with the best view of the Bund and Pearl Tower. The room was clean and spacious and the cleaners made an effort to keep an excellent standard when it came to room service. There was even someone who inspected that the cleaning was up to standard. The location was excellent. Huanghe Road and the metro was only a few steps away. We were also very close to Nanjing road east too. On my 40th birthday, my husband took me for lobster and steak at the revolving restaurant at the 45th level. Our waiter was attentive and friendly but unfortunately made the faux pax of seating my husband first before me. (I'm not sure if this was because I'm from a Chinese background and he is white). However our meals were cooked perfectly and generally the service was good. Overall we would stay at this hotel again.

Hotel is great and the staff are even better; always a staff member on duty with good English. Hotel in great location.
