Staff and facilities were excellent…the GM (sorry I forget his name) and his team really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location is a bit of a haul from the airport but if you want to get away from it all it is perfect. We didn’t do much of the activities but a lot of people we talked to did and said they were great. We didn’t have kids with us but if you are parents with younger kids it is obvious the staff really enjoys engaging with the kids and oversee them outstandingly. The food was a bit of hit and miss but I understand they are planning some upgrades in the near future. If you want to get away from it all I highly recommend it and splurge on a beachfront room…212 was magnificent

Whole experience was excellent

Staff were very helpful, and extremely friendly. Special thank you to Mereoni M and Ben N. The bar could be a little better at service. I ordered cocktails and the person forgot us. I had to go back and remind the bar attendant after a good 15 minutes. The area at the time was not busy.

I booked it for my brother and sister-in-law. They loved every minute of their stay there. Seems like a popular destination for Tongans to stay at. Stuff and people are friendly and always very helpful.
