I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately had a frustrating experience during check-in. The front desk staff confused my reservation with someone else’s, which caused an unnecessary delay and confusion. Despite having my confirmation ready, it took quite some time for them to sort things out. I expected a smoother and more organized process, especially when all my details were correct. The situation could have been handled more professionally, and better attention to detail would have gone a long way. While the rest of the stay was decent, the initial impression at check-in really affected my overall experience. I hope the property improves its reservation management to prevent this from happening to other guest

Breakfast buffet was challenging for them. Changing sheets was hassle to get them changed. Air conditioning was extremely noisy. Never gave us 4 towels for the 4 people we paid for. Pictures were deceiving & absolutely no storage.
