Peruse our lobby gift shop and check out complimentary DVD rentals to watch in your unit. The many on-site amenities, including over 3,000 s.f. of meeting room space, makes SunDestin Beach Resort the perfect destination resort for vacations, reunions or business meetings. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 0305 is a cheerful one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. This sunny unit filled with cozy furnishings will comfortably accommodate your every need. The bright and airy kitchen contains everything to prepare and serve home cooked meals and tasty morsels for the whole gang. Enjoy gorgeous beach-front views from the living/dining areas in this open-concept unit, or out on the private balcony directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Gather around for a puzzle or board game at the dining table or in the living room with flat-screen TV. Sleeping options abound with a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom in the master suite,  a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room,  and twin bunks nestled in the hall.



Book a tour and catch a glimpse of the area’s dolphins or take the whole family to a Destin water park for rides, slides and fun all day. No matter how you spend your time here, you’ll make memories to last a lifetime!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
