Overall Great Experience

The place was beautiful and very clean. Our pet loved the private sandy backyard. The private beach bar was a nice touch, although very overpriced. The only downside was their water heater being old. We did not have running hot water, so we took cold showers. Other than that, it was a success.

We loved staying in this Condo. It was perfect. Great location, great views, plenty of space. We highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay again!

Bad experience, poor cleanliness and bad communication

We checked in when there was a winter freeze and Christmas eve.The property manager told us that some lines maybe frozen and they couldn't do anything about it until 3 days after Christmas. The cleanliness level was poor of the property as well. We lost water in a day and they were able to move us to a different unit, but same cleanliness level. We checked out earlier and had to argue regarding the bad experience. The views were the only thing that was good. Not worth the money they are charging, and management needs to learn how to handle customers better.

Not for the beach

Everything was fine except the beach. Even though it is private beach the management does not manage the beach side because the condo is owned by individual owner. It was much better to stay at Hilton resort in the same area. The only reason we stayed at the condo was because of the pet.

Comfortable unit

Location was great, close to everything. Walking distance to beach. Unit had washer and dryer which was great but was lacking a few of the basics like kitchen trash bags and dish sponge. Unit could have been a little cleaner. Food crumbs on kitchen chair upon arrival, hair in shower etc. Sofia bed was a bit uncomfortable but overall unit was nice.

Expect a very "sandy" stay

Positives: friendly staff, great location, roomy enough for 2 adults, 3 teens, and 1 pup. Negatives: As the title states, there was way too much sand everywhere on the inside of the condo; embedded in the couches, sheets (made us wonder whether they were changed?) on the floors... etc. It was difficult to be comfortable when we were constantly dusting the sand off of our bodies (and all this was before hitting the beach.) Also, the extra linens for the pull out couch were unwashed. There were food, and "other" stains on the blankets, etc. We arrived past 8pm, and the first thing I had to do was wash the bedding. The kitchen sink had food particles stuck on it. It was overall, quite dirty and unkempt. You will also need to bring extra toilet papers bc they only provide one per bathroom and having 3 teenage girls for 4 days, it went very quickly.

Great location

Great location! Just steps away from the beach! Beautiful view out your back window. Unfortunately there is a big sand dune in the way of an ocean view. If you want to see the ocean from your patio, book a second floor room! Make sure and bring your own coffee, filters and laundry detergent. Sliding shower doors and back patio door need to be replaced, very difficult to open, but still functional. Would stay again.
