There is a $16.05 amenity fee per person over the age of 5 collected by the HOA. It is not per day, but for the full stay. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 4 persons which is determined by the Fire Marshall.

WELCOME TO OUR GULF FRONT OASIS! Enjoy our gorgeous condo with breathtaking views of the emerald green water and snow-white sand. Our condo has been completely remodeled and furnished with the comforts of home. The living room has a power leather easy chair and sofa. There is also a leather rocker recliner. The master has a soft king bed and the second bedroom is a bunkroom with a twin over full bed best suitable for children. Put your toes in the soft white sand on the beach or take in views of passing dolphin from the balcony with glass railings. This condo is steps from the elevator or only one set of stairs to ground level. Our condo features a 15 foot sliding glass door with amazing views of the gulf. The condo comfortably sleeps two adults and two children. Our condo has allergy friendly wood grained tile throughout. There are LED TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms. The condo boasts crown molding and custom window treatments.

Sterling Sands is a mid rise complex with 380 feet of pristine soft white beach. With 110 units on eight floors, our beach is less crowded than the neighboring high-rise complex. There is a 71 foot free form pool that is heated to 87 degrees year round and a hot tub heated to 104 degrees. There are well-maintained restrooms near the pool. There is a recently remodeled fitness center on site with gulf views. The complex also provides a covered grilling area with several gas grills and seating.

Our gulf front balcony has two tall balcony height chairs with cup holders as well as two regular height chairs with a table to enjoy the view with a drink or a meal.
Beach service can be purchased March through October. Sterling Sands has an ice machine in the vending area to purchase ice to fill your cooler for the beach. There are two beach walkovers each with rinse stations. The beach service also has beach kayak and boogie board rentals. At night, you will see lots of people on the beach with flashlights looking for crabs and other sea creatures. Bring flashlights to join in on the fun.

This condo rents Saturday to Saturday during peak summer.

The condo is decorated in a soft color palette with original artwork. The kitchen has granite tops and cream colored cabinets. It is well appointed to prepare meals for your family. There is a stacked washer and dryer in the hallway.

The master bedroom features a king sized bed with a four-inch memory foam topper. The master bathroom has a stand up shower.

The second bedroom has twin over full bunks with a memory foam topper on the full mattress and an ensuite bathroom.

Free upgraded WIFI included. The condo has a keyless entry lock.

This complex does not allow guests to bring pets. There is also a no smoking policy both in the condo and on the balcony.

Sterling Sands is near shopping, entertainment parks and a variety of the area’s best restaurants. It is one of the most sought after buildings in Destin. It is a short walk on the beach to the Back Porch Restaurant and directly across the street via a crosswalk is Merlin’s Pizza, Smoothie King, Subway and Beach Liquors. There is also a beach supply store across the street as well as The Track, which offers go karts, bumper boats, bumper cars, mini golf, arcade and more. Big Kahuna’s Waterpark is only a half-mile away with over 40 different water play areas, rides, slides and pools.

There are lots of opportunities to go fishing in Destin, known as “The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village.” Many also enjoy parasailing, dolphin tours, snorkeling tours, sunset cruises, and a large Pirate Ship cruise great for kids.

WalMart is a mile to the east and the popular Publix Grocery and Whole Foods are less than three miles east. Winn-Dixie, Fresh Market and Target are within a mile west.

Shopping areas include Destin Commons and and Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

Kelly Golf Club is less than a mile east.

Great Location and views!

This condo is a great location! Steps from the nice pool and of course the beach! It was so convenient to have the beach chairs and umbrella put out each morning too. We easily walked to The Back Porch and all other fun attractions were just a short ride or Uber away. The kitchen was stocked with all kinds of appliances and dinnerware, etc. I also thought the condo/building was nice and quiet- we couldn’t hear anybody in the condos next door or no stomping from anyone above. Also, I didn’t think we would use it at first but having a washer and dryer in the unit ended up being very handy. Overall, we had a great stay!

Wonderful place, great location, but several irritations

Fantastic trip in this condo! It is beautifully updated. We loved the fish decor throughout. Location was exceptional - on the beach. Gorgeous views from living/dining/kitchen areas. Great patio as well. Loved beach chair service. Master bed was very comfortable. My teenage daughters said bunk bed mattresses were comfortable but bed shakes too much when someone moves. Leslie provided prompt & thorough communication. We were so grateful that she gave us a late checkout on our last day. Condo had a small styrofoam cooler and an ice maker - great for bottled waters on the beach. There was also a plastic bucket we were able to use to keep items off the sand. Overall, we loved the place and our stay there, but there are drawbacks. The biggest being the lack of items supplied which you find out only after booking. Beach towels are not provided. 4 beach towels took up a lot of room in our suitcase. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion aren't provided. We had to pack two sets of each of these for the two bathrooms. Limited number of towels. But we brought laundry pods and washed the provided towels. Limited dishwasher soap - had to bring our own. Also had to bring our own trash bags. We ran out of the provided toilet paper and paper towels for just a three-day weekend. Bedrooms are on the street side of the condo and it gets noisy with traffic, trash pickup, and people walking by. Gate to access beach is close to patio & slams loudly with every person going to/from beach.

Great stay!

We had a great vacation. The unit was exactly like the pictures, it was very clean and we had everything we needed. It came with two beach chairs, you get it set up with the beach attendants at the start of the stay and you have it reserved for the whole week in pretty much the same spot (no waking up early to get a good spot like at some properties). Security is onsite and everyone was pleasant. The hosts are easily reached and communicative. Would definitely try to book again for next year’s beach trip.

Unit was very clean and just as represented in their ad. Umbrella and chairs were nice to have included- if you had to pay for this - cost is $40 a day - so $280 for a week - First floor is only a few steps up from ground floor so it’s not a problem if elevators are busy. You won’t regret staying in this unit

Location is great, private access to the beach is a big plus. Umbrella and chair service makes our life easy. At night crab hunt is my kids favorite. This condo has everything we need and so much more. Definitely recommended and we will be back for next visit.

Fantastic Destin Beach Condo

We absolutely loved staying in here! This was our first visit to Destin after vacationing in Hilton Head for 20 years, and this introduction to Destin couldn't have been better. The location was ideal, right on the beautiful beach, with a full glass window wall / sliding door to the balcony so I could see the water all the time. The walk from room to water was very quick. One afternoon I went up to the room to make a sandwich and I was back in my beach chair in only 11 minutes! I like to stay on the beach from late morning until sundown, but my husband and teenage daughters like to explore the area more and come down to the sand, ocean, or pool for an hour or two at a time - this location was ideal for all of us. They went parasailing at the harbor, explored The Track nearby, and we indulged in more than one delicious meal at The Back Porch seafood restaurant (a short walk down the beach.) Condo owner was very easy to communicate with, & quick to respond when I had questions (about the property, our booking, or things to do nearby.) The condo is very nice, meticulously maintained & clean, comfortable furniture, easy to get a good night's sleep on the confortable beds. A lot of attention is paid to details to make sure guests have a great trip: every switch is labeled, there are more than enough cooking tools provided in the kitchen, powerstrips available at each side of the bed. We loved it and would definitely rent again.

Great place to stay!!

This is what we needed a clean condo right on the beach!! It’s great when we wanted to cook our own meals, we had everything that we needed for that. The pool was nicely heated, hot tub was great!! My son enjoyed the workout area. The best part was just walking on the beach and having the beach chairs and umbrella ready. We saw dolphins almost every morning swimming by. All in all this is just what we needed.

This condo has everything you need for a great beach vacation. It is updated, clean, and well-appointed. The oceanfront view is fantastic. The complex was very safe with lots of great amenities. It is located centrally among lots of great restaurants, shopping and activities. Leslie was a dream to rent from. The process was easy and Leslie was always readily available to answer any questions I had. With 100% certainty I can say WE WILL be renting this unit again.

Perfect Condo

The owner is very communicative, the condo was clean and well equipped, and the location was perfect. This condo on the Eastern side of Destin had great beach access, the beach chair and umbrella set up were perfect, and the pool was lovely. The condo is in a perfect location to access many restaurants and other tourist destinations. We hope to visit again some day!

The Perfect Place

This particular unit was perfect for what we were seeking. It is the first floor above the parking garage. The main living room /patio view almost touches the beach. The unit was clean and totally equipped. The pool and path to beach and gym were all near this unit. The condo bldg has its own private beach and tgis u it comes with a daily beach setup,umbrella/chairs. The location is very close to all conveniences and restaurants. Very close to state nature areas and many areas to hike and bike. The host is the best, immediately responsive and thoughtful. It was a perfect stay.
