Most disgusting place I've stayed. Pool area dirty as well as whole building dirty and in ill repair. Life guards at pool area are a joke. Are they really life guards? Water is dirty mirky. Is it treated correctly? Mold around edge of pool. Rooms were filthy dirty. Dirty carpets. Breakfast was rolls from walmart, milk juice from walmart and yogurt. Would never stay again. Check in looked like a bunch of meth heads with no teeth and so unprofessional. Very price for 3 nights. I want to turn them in to the state inspections. Looks like people who work there probably live there. Elevator was broke down. Absolutely disgusting.

We were there for 4 days. The first morning there was many choices at the breakfast. All the other days there was NO yogurt, no muffins, no danish, the only choices were old looking fruit, cereal, and waffles. My husband got up early even to go get muffin for our child at 7:30am and none were put out sun, Mon or Tue! Other issue was we never got change of towels or more toilet paper. We had to go to the front desk to ask. Our bathroom door didn't close and the toilet didn't flush easily. Our carpet was soaking wet when we first arrived and we noticed a leak in the wall by AC it got out clothes bag and charger wet. The pool was also a problem.. the whole rim of the pool had mold, the water was cloudy you could hardly see the bottom. And Sunday the slide and pool was closed! My child was very disappointed not to be able do the slide.

The pool was fun, large slides closed. Staff are friendly, but TVs in room didnt work and did not get addressed when asked. Didn't spend much time in the room anyway though. Beds were very comfy.

If you have any breathing issues, stay away. Poor ventilation, rooms stink horribly because of it as well as everything in room is damp. Mold and mildew on every liner of every pool. Tiny mini fridge in room. Outdated and in need of repairs everywhere.

The pool/water park was fun but it was full of mold everywhere you looked. The halls smelled so bad. The fridge in our room smelt like something died it in. Everything in our room was damp. The free breakfast was pretty ghetto. It was set up on folding tables and not very many options.

The pool area was fantastic and loved that they had lifeguards on duty. So much fun! The downside is that the rooms need much updating. It was difficult to find plug ins for phones/electronics. Carpets were worn but all around it was a good place to stay with kids.

If I could give 0 stars I would! We had NO hot water in our room. We stayed 3 nights and not once got housekeeping service. Never got clean towels or toilet paper. Good thing we brought our own towels from home and had to go get our own toilet paper. Bedding was dirty when we checked in. Floors were dirty especially in the corners. Poop on the shower curtain The bathrooms by the arcade were disgustingly dirty with facies and boogers on the walls and seats. The pool was moldy all around the sides, The only good was the a/c worked well and the drinks at the bar were strong. People were smoking weed in rooms across the hall. There are no phones in the room so I tried multiple times to call the front desk, and no one would pick up. Breakfast? not! Gallons of drinks and yogurt were in tubs of ice to keep cold? what is that? We left and got breakfast somewhere else. Do not recommend this place the thought of it was great for kids but we will not stay here again. Waste of money here and I will never go back.

The pool area was very fun and was a good time, my son enjoyed himself. However, this stay had more negatives than positives. Our room was not as expected. I booked a 2 queen bed room with a balcony and a fireplace. Our room had none of those. There was no room phone to call the front desk, no lightbulb in the only lamp inside the room, and there is a 2 inch gap underneath the door. We had connection issues with our tv, so I used my own phone to call the front desk at 8:30 pm, and it rang for 3 minutes with no answer. The bathroom was nicer than the room, but there was no toilet paper holder and the door wouldn’t shut do they stuffed toilet paper inside of it to keep it from sliding shut. The restaurant inside the hotel was great, amazing pizza, but their $16 wings were obviously frozen and warmed up, not worth the price. The surrounding area was ghetto and there was blood all over the outside parking lot. We will never stay at this hotel again.

The water park is nice because my kids love to swim. We were there for 3 nights and i beer the kids swam for 12 hours. I wish the arcade was cheaper but it was okay. Had some plumbing issues but overall a good stay.

Piced 4 pm check in time went at 4:30 to check in room wasn't ready housekeeping didn't go in the room Saturday to remove garbage leave clean towels and clean room carpet was wet when checked in couldn't get coffee in the morning until restaurant opened paint peeling in the room wasn't impressed with room for how much I paid had one part of pool closed pool was late opening on Sunday

The staff was incredibly friendly! The back side of the property seemed unkept and unsafe. The door to our bathroom would not close. The ac would only function if the fan was in the on position. When we sat down to have lunch at the in house restaurant we were informed the prices were not right in the menu.

Let me preference this by saying we knew going in it was a day of facility the little ones loved it and knew no better if you're looking for an affordable option this is it and the restaurant was fine and the staff was very nice.

Don’t let the exterior fool you-once you’re indoors you’ll realize there’s major disrepair throughout the building. We had to walk over a standing pool of water in a carpeted hallway from a bathroom shower leaking through the wall. When we walked into our room, we were hit with the smell of mold and mildew. The bathroom was clean and tidy so the smell was likely from the carpet and window covers. Extensive rust on a floor lamp, underneath the shelf in the closet, and on light fixtures. Other parts of the hotel were going through repairs with sections boarded up with plywood and large buckets of material set off to the side in hallways. Woke up to tornado sirens early that next morning. Tried to call the front desk to get directions as to where to go for safety but the phone in the room wasn’t even working. We had gotten in late the night before, but checked out early in the morning and made accommodations elsewhere for the rest of the trip. The front desk was friendly and I appreciated that they refunded the 2nd night.

Not so nice place. And oh my gosh, i was so shocked with the breakfast buffet, not appetizing and the dining place is SO dirty. Limited staff and not accomodating at all. Sorry but thumbs down.
