Breakfast had choices -eggs, bacon, waffles, bagels, cereal. I wasn't disappointed. The dining room was clean and food choices stocked. The desk staff and breakfast staff was friendly, helpful. No issues with parking. A lot of law officers must stay here for training which creates a safer environment. The bed and pillows were comfortable. This was the first time that I was able to sleep in a hotel. Did not need housekeeping, so no review. Has a fridge, microwave, and tv. No other frills. Be nice if there was a way to provide more air circulation. That would be nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel felt like new. Very convenient off the interstate and lots of parking. Room was nice and big with a comfy bed. I appreciated how quiet it was and the breakfast available in the morning.

New hotel, so everything is in good repair. Loved hardwood floors in room. Pool was perfect temp and clean. Breakfast was okay. No eggs or meats. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was there was hair ftom previous occupant on the floor in the room. Would stay again.

This hotel was so nice but I definitely caught horrible attitude from oncoming staff. Particulary the blonde working front desk starting around 4 on 10/11. I had okay'd my daughters birthday party to be held in the common area with the manager and i had asked the girl when i checked in if i could use their fridge for our cupcakes and pop. She said that was fine. This blonde lady that came on saw me putting our pop in the fridge and VERY RUDELY said "What are we doing?" And acted like it was a problem. As of the rest of the party i was consistently getting attitude from her. Pretty unhappy with how she treated us but the hotel was very clean and nice.

Clean hotel, staff was super nice. Easy access to interstate and lots of food/grocery store options close. The only downside was the hot tub and pool were closed the whole weekend. Would definitely stay here again when in the Des Moines area.

Carol Ann greeted me with a smile when I showed up to check in. She was great! Helpful and answered all my questions about the property and area. Everything about this hotel was excellent! Staff, room, bed, cleanliness, amenities, great breakfast, pool, hot tub, parking, close to gas, eats, shopping. Loved the floors in the room! What a great idea not to have carpeting! Pristine property!
