Derby Hotels with Parking

We arrived after a long drive, and a lovely fellow named Brook escorted us to our room. He was the owner apparently, and apologised for the refurbishments currently being undertaken at the motel. The TV was missing from our room (someone had taken it), and some a**hole had completely trashed the room a few along from ours which he was in the process of repairing. As a very generous gesture, he invited us to partake in a free pizza, cooked by him, in the takeaway onsite. That said, the room was very small with one side of the dbl bed against the wall. The bathroom was clean and tidy. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided.We were very worried about our car in the carpark being vulnerable to any would-be criminals in the area, as the locked gate was broken. We needn't have been, it was perfectly safe. The area was questionable, but the hospitality shown to us was outstanding. Thankyou Brook for an interesting stay.

I didn't stay despite booking and paying. When i arrived to book in, i asked to see the room first. I waa led down the back by one man and for some ewason anothwr man
