The Luxe Retreat is mountain maximalist paradise located in the Town of Arvada just outside of Denver. This stay is focused on bringing together groups through a quality space, good conversation, and all that Arvada has to offer. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is more than enough room for everyone, brand new appliances, and every room was designed to make your stay as fun

BEDROOMS
This home has 6 bedrooms with smart televisions and can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. There are a total of 3 King beds and 6 Queen Beds.

Bedroom 1 - Indulge in the spacious luxury of the primary bedroom, featuring a King bed. The modern design blends comfort and style seamlessly, offering a serene retreat that invites relaxation out into the hot tub.
Bedroom 2 - This modern bedroom boasts 2 Queen beds, creating a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. Sleek furnishings and elegant decor make it a cozy yet stylish haven.
Bedroom 3 - This bedroom features a bunk bed made of 2 Queen Beds. The efficient use of space and stylish design make it a cozy space for rest and play.
Bedroom 4 - With a Queen bed and contemporary design elements, this bedroom exudes chic elegance. Natural light and modern decor create a welcoming oasis for guests or family members.
Bedroom 5 - A Bunked Bed Set up with 2 Queens allow for plenty of space for connection and late nights.
Bedroom 6 - This King sized bedroom has a modern yet retro design that will ensure to win over any guest who stays in it.


BATHROOMS
You'll find 3.5 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find 1 walk-in shower and 2 shower tub combo. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances with everything you will need to cook magnificent dinners.

The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal with your group and guests. The indoor dining table has enough chairs for 14 guests! The room flows effortlessly into the spacious lounge, with big windows to let in a lot of light. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, or just want to take things easy, this open concept living room gives you all the space you need. There is a second dining room with an additional 6 seats.

OUTSIDE SPACE
The house has a fenced-in patio for your use of the pool, outdoor chairs, nest chairs, and games. Jump in the water and enjoy the famous CO weather! The pool is open seasonally, typically from June-September.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

I’m only a phone call or text message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. I’m happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Interstate 70. There is a grocery store 5 min away and many restaurants in the surrounding area.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more.

This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. Parties will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step on to the back patio and enjoy.
