The staff was sooper, very nice and understanding. The hotel smelled clean and was clean. The only complaint i have is the shuttle.....it never showed up to pick us up. I had to get a taxi to get back to the hotel. When the taxi dropped us off at the hotel there was the shuttle driver. Smoking a cigarette 😠

Stayed here one night. This is not the best hotel out there for sure but for the one night it was fine. It just seems like an older hotel. I loved that there are 3 beds in the room. The room was huge which is great for a family of 5. The customer service was great though. I did have a couple of issues. #1 was the tv wasnt working at first and the second was the room was so hot when we checked in. (I have a hard time controlling my body temperature due to a concussion, so I get overheated easily) We tried to get it to cool down but that wasn’t working so I went downstairs to inform them of the issues. I asked if they had another room (the only other room with three beds was already occupied) or a fan I could borrow. Within 10 minutes a fan was delivered which made a huge difference. The tv issue was remedied as well. Thank you so much for making sure we were taken care of.

Breakfast was very good , good selection of items and well stocked . Room very spacious , clean and quiet. Negative issue was poor communication regarding pick up by courtesy shuttle from Denver airport. We had to call hotel twice and waited 90mins for it to appear . Very poor communication regarding this issue.

Not sure where all the rave reviews came from… definitely not the experience I had. Our stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The room had drug paraphernalia left in the dresser drawers, which made us seriously question how clean or well-maintained the room actually was. The smell of cigarette smoke hit you as soon as you opened the door, even though the room was supposed to be non-smoking. The toilet ran continuously and was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep. When I reported it to the front desk, they simply shrugged and said “OK”—no offer to fix it, no apology. Parking was a nightmare—there were multiple broken-down, inoperable cars taking up spots, and it looked like several people were actually living at the hotel. Only one luggage cart was available, and it had a flat tire, making it practically useless. As for the “breakfast”, it was barely worth mentioning—if you could even access it past the hotel “employees” and long-term residents crowding the area. With so many other hotels in the area, do yourself a favor and pick a different one. This place was a major letdown.
