Front desk staff were all very helpful and nice. Room and property overall very clean. Only issue was didn’t get the room we had reserved for our party of three which was a king with a sofa bed. Were given a queen and then had to use a rollaway bed which wasn’t comfortable at all. Other than that we did enjoy our experience here overall.

We had a location mix up as there are two Renaissance Denver Hotels within 7 mins of each other. We valet parked, then registered with one hotel, only to discover we were at the other location. Once settled in our room, I called to let them know that we wanted to cancel there as we were at the other spot. I was informed that I'd have to deal with Expedia to change, which although I attempted to do so for hours on line, and by phone I never got through. Our reservation had a cancellation option. Now I have two charges, for the same night. I hope at the least there is a credit, if not a refund.
