Staff was fantastic and pool was so warm which felt so nice, especially the outdoor pool during the cool night. Waiting for the elevators was a downside though, elevators took a very long time and we unfortunately had to wait at least 5 minutes before giving up and using the nearest stairs that did not allow you to get to the main level just to the second floor which made us late for movie reservations unfortunately. The only other downside was the thermostat would not bring the room temperature below 72 degrees and during the summer that is a bit warm. Overall a great stay though just a little patience needed. If we are in the area again would most likely book again!

All the microwaves were broken, you have to pay for parking $32 a night, multiple moths in the room, one fell on me while sleeping I freaking tf out, the hotel restaurant staff were rude lots of attitude, bathroom was tiny the shower door scrapes the floor when you open and close it, overall a terrible hotel would not stay again.

The bedding was clean and fresh, the sheets were crisp, the beds were comfortable and pillows were soft the towels were luxury towels and very soft and clean the amenities were quality made and the room DID NOT smell of any cigarettes which was such a nice touch! Comparable to other hotels in the area. the mini fridge was nice as well for someone who is diabetic to refrigerate their insulin as well as left over Pizza! The Navigator at the check in desk was knowledgeable and very friendly and he was personable. This Renaissance Hotel was very classy. I was more than pleased. The only 1 thing that could be improved was the cost of snacks after hours.
