We stayed at this hotel this past weekend, and while the building itself was nice and the room was decent, the staff really brought down the experience. Every time we asked for something, it felt like we were bothering them no smiles, no warmth, just bad attitudes like we were a chore. Definitely not welcoming. One of the main reasons we chose this place was because of the free breakfast, but that was a letdown too. The cereal tasted old, and the breakfast overall was nothing like the pictures online very misleading. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it unless some serious changes are made to the customer service

Overall I was comfortable it was a home like feeling. And I enjoyed my stay. The only thing I would improve is a deep cleaning throughout the motel like the elevator walls and vacuuming the carpet corners. Sadly a lot of visitors slamming their doors really early in the morning, housekeeping banging around the other rooms and smell of weed in the hallways. The staff was super nice and helpful and nice location.
