The hotel has an ICE cold indoor pool, but no hot tub as indicated on the website. I found the room to be very clean, facility was very clean as well. Shuttle driver picks up and drops off on WEST side of airport on level 5, so you have to trek thru and go UP 1 level to ticketing. A major pain if you have mobility issues with luggage.

This was a good hotel for a comfortable quiet bed for a jetlagged couple. It's not fancy but clean and friendly. The only drawback was that the shuttle from DIA was a smaller van that services at least 3 other properties in addition to this so it filled up before we could get on and we had to wait another 45 mins for it to come back around.

The room was quiet, comfortable (good beds) and exceptionally clean. Staff were courteous and efficient. Only complaint is the shuttle service. Waited nearly two hours and ended up taking a taxi to the property. Turns out the shuttle buses did not have any signage or reference to the Quality Inn, so myself and other guests had no idea that we needed to take the shuttle that had signs indicating Residence Inn and other nearby Marriott properties. No issues at all the following morning when we returned to the airport.
