This beautiful, newly renovated, open floor plan, home boasts 6 bedrooms with 3,000 sq foot of living space and an amazing outdoor oasis w/ direct access to a park from the yard w/ playground, pickleball, tennis and basketball courts! The home features a hot tub for 8, fire pit, game room with a pool table, 85” TV theater room, washer & dryer, a gym that includes a Peleton and Bowflex, and sports equipment.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. From check-in to check-out, everything about our stay was absolutely seamless. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—if not better. The bathrooms were updated and modern, and the entire space was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including games and activities for downtime.The yard was a huge bonus—spacious, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing or playing outside. We also loved how close it was to the basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts—just a short walk away!The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They were responsive, kind, and truly made us feel welcome.I can’t say enough positive things about this property. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone considering a stay—you won’t be disappointed!

10/10 stars!!! Pauline came to the rescue after our VRBO was cancelled- what a win in the end for us! The home is perfect and accommodated our family (5 adults and two teenaged boys) traveling from VA to Colorado for graduation at CU Boulder. The house offers plenty of space for our large family to spread out, as well as plenty of space to socialize inside and out. Truly, we were thankful to feel like we had a home away from home from the moment we crossed the threshold. The living space indoor and outdoor are well suited for all ages, with plenty of elbow room and activities! We appreciated the open flow of the house which allowed everyone to gather while not being on top of each other. Mile and Pauline have included many extras from the welcome basket to linens and a well stocked kitchen I addition, they are very communicative and responsive should a question arise. The backyard is a wonderful space for entertaining and the bordering park offers scenery, tranquility and activities. I’d give Pauline and Mike 10/10 stars if possible!
