We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure.

We're happy to be assist via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.


Sunnyside is a walkable, historic neighborhood in Northwest Denver with easy access to major highways and public transportation. It has recently undergone a development resurgence, bringing in new restaurants and breweries. The area features a mix of popular local spots and new classics, including Acova, Bacon Social House, El Jefe, Los Carboncitos, Sunny's, The Wolf's Tailor, Denver Market, and Pecos Square Retail Center. Parking is ample in the neighborhood. Just a stone’s throw away from the Rocky Mountain Lake, you can take a stroll while taking in the breathtaking scenery of the Colorado Rockies.

You’ll have private access to the entire carriage home with shared access to the outdoor space. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby.

There is a keypad on the carriage house door for easy and secure access to the home.

Sleeping arrangements
Designed for comfort and rest, the private suite features a king bed with blackout shades and soft, professionally laundered linens. The ensuite bathroom includes hot water, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and fresh towels, creating a restful start or finish to your day.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchenette provides all the essentials for light meals, including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, dishes, silverware, and a mini fridge. Enjoy coffee or breakfast at the dining table, which doubles as a workspace for remote travelers. Complimentary coffee and wine glasses make relaxing moments easy.

Living & entertainment
Unwind in the bright living area with smart TV access through Amazon Fire and Roku. An ethernet connection and Wi-Fi keep you connected, while board games and a pack ’n play/travel crib make the space family-friendly. The single-level layout and no-stairs design offer easy accessibility throughout the home.

Outdoor living
Relax in the shared backyard surrounded by greenery. Gather around the fire pit, sit under the twinkle of bistro lighting, or enjoy a meal at the retro patio table. The backyard is shared with the main house, where a friendly dog might stop by. Outdoor furniture and a patio area provide a peaceful escape close to the city.

Exploring Denver and its stunning surroundings is made effortless with the convenience of a rental car or ride-share service. While Denver's public transportation system is dependable, it may not offer the same level of flexibility as having your own vehicle. To make the most of your stay, we recommend renting a car or using a ride-share service.


Want to bring your furry friend?
$100 fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted. The backyard is fully fenced, but please note the fence is not flush to the ground so smaller dogs and even motivated larger dogs could crawl out. Please always monitor your pets.

Please be aware that a medium sized dog lives in the main house and will be in the backyard at times.

Kindly note that smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the premises, including inside and outside the property and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.

The Carriage House is a private and separate unit located in the backyard of the main house, with its own entrance. Outdoor area is shared. Guests can easily park on the street in front of the property.

Please note that due to Denver zoning and permit regulations, the kitchenette is not equipped with a stove, cooktop, or oven. However, it is still fully equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and all necessary kitchen utensils and dishes for your convenience.
