You’ll have full access to this spacious 2,500 sq ft home, the entire yard and en-suite patio with the exception of two locked supply closets and the furnace room.

Other things to note
The “wood burning” fireplace is only available for use on non-burn ban days. We provide a link in the house manual or a QR Code by the fireplace for guests to check daily on the burn status. Any state ban that is not complied with will result in a $500 penalty. We do have an electric fireplace for use year round.

While we love hosting large groups, please note this is NOT a party house. Guests must observe quiet hours (10pm-7am) and be respectful of our neighbors.

No large group events allowed at the home per city ordinance/short term rental regulations.

Yard maintenance is on site every Monday,
April-September.

Our rental license allows up to 14 people to stay at the property.
