Staff was friendly and helpful. Our AC in our room didn’t work. Maintenance tried to fix it and it worked for a little while. We were too exhausted to move room so we just stayed. Overall great experience besides the room being a little warm

The TV did not work the entire time and the power flashed on and off a couple times. Key cards also kept having to be recorded to work.

Our room was clean, comfortable and fairly quiet. Unfortunately, someone stood outside in the hallway with a crying baby two different nights after 10 pm and a dog barked after midnight one night. We were there for 4 days before our room was cleaned, so we had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels or toilet paper and our garbage cans were filling up. The sheets on the beds were clean looking, but a little on the scratchy side. There were several homeless people out in the parking lot on different days, but our vehicle was never bothered. It was easy access to the interstate from the hotel, and there were several places in the area to eat and a Target store across the road.

Welcome to the Ghetto…impolite & miserable employees, trashy parking lots (dirty needles & burnt tin foil), dirty rooms (nasty AC filter/nasty toilet, dirty common areas (elevator/ice machines). Runs like a bachelor trap house, lots of newly released felons, drug deal went down within the first 15 min of check in. Not a place for kids!
