The room was okay, clean and what we needed for just one night before we flew back to Orlando. We had an early flight so we checked out 5.35 am before breakfast. We were told by the lady who checked in for us that we could get a to-go breakfast like a couple of muffin and milk or juice for the kids( nothing special) But when we checked out, the guy at the front desk said he couldn’t give us muffin as to-go-breakfast because the breakfast started at 6 am and he would have to open the bag for the muffins. It was 5.35am already, didn’t you have to open the bag or whatever to prepare breakfast to serve at 6am?? He was rude, inconsiderate.

Avoid this hotel

There were a couple of MAJOR problems. The room we stayed in had an air conditioner that made loud noises -- like an ice maker dumping ice into a metal bucket -- every time it came on. My wife barely slept. Also, the room absolutely reeked of smoke and there was smell of smoke on the path leading to the room -- as though someone had been smoking there very recently. The breakfast was quite poor We booked this hotel because it had a rating of 8.8. That wasn't close to what it should have had. I should have been a 3 -- at best

This property is in dire need of updating. My room had an awful stench and the tub porcelain was heavily worn and stained. Maintenance seemed to be lacking on the outside of the property too. The breakfast buffet was extra limited as they didn't have enough good to go around to all guests. Also housekeeping never came to clean my room or replace the towels.

Nice 2.5-3 star place very close to the highway. Being so close however made it quite noisy. Linen had stains and one of the lamps wasn’t working but there was a desk, TV, little fridge ans microwave. Breakfast was carbs and coffee but that’s fine.

The plus side was mostly everyone was friendly and helpful. Room had a weird odor upon checking in. Room key stopped working multiple times and door died at one point. Breakfast was a couple fruit options and waffles and cereal. Was convenient and cheap.

This dump is just waiting to be demolished. Chunks of rust coming off. Huge cracks in cement steps as if might crumble underfoot, yet the elevator makes a straining, screeching sound. Trash left on the floor from previous occupants. Hair dryer literally sparked and smoked. Deadbolt did not work. Security latch almost falling off from loose screws. Water stains in the ceiling. Their computers were down so they write your credit card number down and no wifi. La Quinta should be ashamed, and they lost my trust.

Management is deceitful. Maintains hospital grade smoke detectors in rooms and claims I smoked in non-smoking room. Charged me $225 that I am challenging with credit card company.

The cover on the bed in my first room looked like someone wiped snot on it. The sheets looked like they still had makeup on them. Oh, and it smelled like somewhere between feet and wet dog.

Don’t stay here! Anyplace is better!

Worst hotel experience, I woke up covered in bed bug bites, as did my toddler and husband. I deeply regret staying here and wish I had booked ANYWHERE ELSE. Save your money, this hotel is disgusting. No ice machines, no trash cans in rooms, men using drugs and vomiting in the parking lot. I’m no prude but this experience was terrible. We left first thing upon waking and I should have just left when we checked in.
