The noise from the street in front of the property made it difficult to sleep. The daytime (8/14/24) check In person was rude. All things considered, we would never stay at this property again.

Property cleanliness and location not as expected for the area. Pet friendly but alot fecal matter all over Property left behind by irresponsible pet owners. Carpet was really dirty throughout and parking is limited.

If you care about your sleep, please stay away from this hotel. This hotel is located right next to the hospital and thus emergency vehicles will siren throughout the night. The property is very old and has a strong odor. The air condition is from the 90s that make too much noises. We booked for 1 week stay and had to leave on day 2 due to all the noises. We had 5 days left and only asked for a partial refund of 2.5 days but the manager Paul refused. We checked out early and lost almost $700. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

Unsafe location

Great room but this area was very unsafe. We didn’t venture outside the hotel at night. Sirens rang all night long into the early morning

Overall a great stay. Parking is a huge problem. The extra parking area isn’t secure or easy to access. It’s especially difficult if you have kids and it’s dark no ramp just stairs. No one bothered us but there was a house less camp up there and I was afraid at night. They also gave to go breakfast boxes to some guests but refused to give me which was annoying.

The Hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly, especially Rosalva in the kitchen/breakfast area, polite and sweet and on top of making sure everything was stocked in the kitchen. Breakfast was awesome offering different items everyday. The parking was a bit tight, hoping to see if the parking area expands.
