Restored Historic 3-Bedroom Stone Farmhouse north of the quaint town of Denver

Experience a secluded get-a-way in this 3-bedroom farmhouse. The quaint home features two queen beds and a daybed with trundle, perfect for families or groups. Guests can relax in the living room, which includes a comfortable sofa bed, swivel chairs, TV and games. With two bathrooms offering showers, one of which includes a tub, and a hair dryer, everyone enjoys convenience and comfort.

Interesting notes: Be prepared to climb the original narrow, curved wooden stairway to the second floor where the bedrooms and one bathroom are located. Also, please remember to bring slippers in the winter weather since most floors are hardwood and old stone homes tend to feel a bit cooler than modern homes; there are blanket throws available for extra warmth.

The farmhouse is located on a working crop farm at the end of a long lane to the left of the picturesque red barn which is complete with 8 barn cats. Please enjoy the kitties outside since they are not permitted inside the farmhouse. There are two exterior security cameras.

The view from every window and porch at the Farmhouse at Paradise Lake is scenic so keep your eyes alert for the deer, Canadian geese, pheasant and wild turkeys that roam the farm as well as the many species of wildlife birds including the pileated woodpecker and the indigo bunting. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or gathering for a cozy evening by the outdoor walk-in fireplace, this impressive 1830's stone farmhouse provides a welcoming retreat.
