Welcome to your temporary home!! Luxury meets comfort, functionality and location in this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1250SF basement suite with full kitchen, laundry, high ceilings and gorgeous custom finishes.

VIBE:
All the design choices are curated to create a luxurious-yet-comfortable look. Exposed brick walls in almost every room, high ceilings, an incredible bar top made from a cross-section of a 180-year-old oak tree (floating shelves in the kitchen came from the same tree!), wide granite countertops (so much counter space!) and high-end tall cabinets, stainless steel appliances. A 75-inch TV with built-in surround-sound system provides captivating entertainment in the cozy living room space, with a 2nd, 60-inch TV at the foot of the king bed in one bedroom. The shower has three shower heads, including a large "rain" style head directly above. In-unit laundry machines mean that you can stay comfortably, even on an extended visit! One bedroom contains office/desk space, and the whole property has free and fast wi-fi access, perfect for those guests who work remotely.

Located near the Bluebird art district in East Denver and at the heart of the Congress Park neighborhood, minutes away from the Zoo, Botanic Garden, Denver Museum of Nature and Science. Our space is located in the very heart of the Congress Park neighborhood in East Denver, on a block that is surrounded by amazing restaurants and amenities! The front door is literally steps from fine dining (Blue Pan Pizza, Ronin Sushi), casual dining (Crepes 'n Crepes, the French Press), coffee/breakfast (Under The Umbrella Cafe and Bakery, The French Press), a popular ice cream shoppe (Sweet Cooie's), and a neighborhood-anchoring liquor/convenience store (Capitol Heights Pharmacy). It is also just three blocks from the Bluebird theatre and all the great food, art and entertainment that the Bluebird District of Colfax has to offer, and it is only a five minute walk to the 9+CO development at 9th & Colorado Blvd, which offers a variety of hip restaurants & shops as well as a 10-screen AMC movie theater! 10 mins from Downtown, 5 mins from the famous Cherry Creek Shopping District, close to public transport and a 5 to 10 minute Uber ride to most of Denver's attractions.

- 75 inch Smart TV with access to streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. Please use your own logins for other apps. No cable.
-No smoking, pets, quiet hours 10PM - 7AM
- Starter supplies provided; guests are responsible for their own paper/cleaning/toiletries after starter supplies run out.

The suite was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was a great pizza place, two coffee shops, and a market/pharmacy right across the street. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was near many attractions. Our favorites were the Blossoms of Light at the Botanical Garden and the Nature and Science Museum.
It had snowed the day before. The streets were easy to navigate while still giving you the snow everyone wishes for when experiencing the holiday events, parades, lights, and views.

This stay was exactly as advertised, and everything was great. We stayed three nights and had walkable access to coffee in the morning, food, a drugstore, and friends nearby. Very comfortable beds, great space for relaxing, and Noah and Cici even left a little welcome basket for us. We did a decent amount of cooking, and it's worth noting that there is not a full oven/stove. The host has two double burner hot plates and a countertop toaster oven. If you're wanting to cook for more than 2-3 people, budget some extra time. Five stars, 10/10, would definitely stay again.

Great location and beautiful property. To note: It is a basement suite and you do hear footsteps in the morning. It didn’t bother us, but perhaps if you were a light sleeper it might. This was literally the perfect location for a long weekend in Denver. There are two coffee shops, a pizza shop and an ice cream store within a minute walk. It was so convenient while traveling with kids. The unit was very clean and when we had a very minor issue (wifi needed reset), Noah responded to us within minutes and resolved the issue remotely. We were within a few minute drive of the zoo and maybe 15-20 minutes from downtown. We had a great trip!

Noah and Cici's place was lovely, exactly as pictured--clean, tasteful, and welcoming! The location is awesome. We enjoyed several restaurants right across the street and loved that we could walk to fun places like the Denver Botanic Gardens and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. Wonderful stay! Amazing location with great restaurants and coffee shops within a block, close to museums and City Park. Kid friendly, clean well done kitchen, comfortable beds. They did mention a recent leak in the ceiling of the kitchen that they addressed immediately and were drying out, and we appreciated the heads up. Shower had three shower heads but only one could be used at a time to not overflow the drain, and the bottom edges looked in need of regrouping. Plenty of towels and linens, and it was great to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Overall loved it!

Amazing location!! This unit is located walking distance to so many great places to eat and is close driving distance to a lot of great Denver spots.
