We were told we were getting a newly remodeled room but the window shade was torn and dirty, the air conditioner was so noisy it was difficult to sleep. The faucet in the tub leaks and the sink faucet dripped.

The bathroom was so small. The door wasn’t even an inch from touching the toilet when opening it. Have to pay $10 daily parking. Several places to eat and shop. Not too far from the hwy. On check out day, the housekeeping came at 945 knocking on the door and others as well. When I opened the door and said check out was at 11, she just stared at me.

Hotel was nice but we weren't told about renovations. Once checked in we saw signs about renovating near elevator. Each morning we were woken up to noise construction noise above us. When we notified the front desk they said they would remove the parking fee ($40) but charged us for the last day. They also didn't charge for one bottle of diet coke. The hotel would have been fine if we were notified of the constructing before hand or if we would have been in a room in another area away from it. No other offer to make it right. So probably will not stay again.
