Checked in close to midnight and had to check out for a flight at around 4 am. Staff went out of their way to find a room on a more quiet floor for us, without us having to ask! The room was very clean and had a nice bathroom!

Had stayed in other Hampton & Hilton but by far worse customer experience. Let me talk about the good first: its in a quiet place Always coffee & water available in the lobby Has breakfast complimentary & what i liked most was the option to grab & go breakfast for whoever leaves before 6am Now what we didnt like about! The worst front desk customer service. Not even acknowledged us when we waited at the desk. Not at all friendly or welcoming. But have to say the evening & night staff were so helpful & pleasant. Wished they keep staff like them for the morning shift as well! No trash liners in the room or bathroom bins & the bathroom counter was so out dated Also there is extra charge for parking as well. Overall not satisfied

Property is one of the older on Tower Road. It is definitely dated and needs refreshing. The room is a good size and the HVAC are good. The bed is old, lumpy and needs replacement. Breakfast is inedible and should either get a lot better or stopped ak together. Our biggest problem is with the shuttle service. Trying to get from DIA to the hotel involved a 35 minute wait that was unexplained, the front desk didn’t know where the driver was. The shuttle times to the airport just seem poorly thought out. Price was competitive but we will opt for something more expensive and newer next time.

Close to the airport easy access to freeway to get to other areas around Denver. Nice area very new and clean couple of good parks to sit and have some Mountain View’s and a cup of coffee.

The airport shuttle and drivers were friendly and efficient. Very convenient for an overnight stay when I missed my connecting flight and was rescheduled to next morning. The front desk attendant could use some lessons in customer service - very unfriendly to customers and arrogant toward the shuttle driver in front of the customers.

Biggest complaint is there was no mention of parking fees on booking. At checkout this was stated and they sai would remove fees. Got separate bill on card the next month for parking.
