Great place for families! One bathroom did not have hot water in the shower and the breakfast had very limited options but overall a great place for everyone to be able to stay together in one room.

The room was awesome! So much room with two bathrooms and 4 beds. The hot tub was good for relaxing and the breakfasy was top notch! The only downside was the carpet was a little warn in the hallway and the elevator was a little stinky.

Well, my truck was broken into. I talked to the hotel desk and they tell me obviously that they basically don’t care. You pay $15 per day for parking at this hotel. They don’t provide security, they don’t even have cameras in the parking lot. So what exactly are we paying $15 per day for? The other gentleman park next to me whose pick up truck was also broken into said he’s been staying there for several weeks because it is an extended stay hotel. His truck was broken into twice now. So what are you doing about this Hyatt? You just wanna charge us for parking and let our vehicles broken into it and then tell us you’re not responsible at all. If you’re going to charge for parking, you should either be paying for an insurance policy that covers all of your customers vehicles. Or at a minimum pay for security.
