Walkout apartment close to downtown Evergreen, 40 mins-Denver, 20 mins -Red Rocks & 2hrs to ski resorts. Evergreen is short commute but feels worlds away from the hustle. Small town energy with a thriving social scene, hiking, biking, paddle boarding the lake in the summer, ice skating in the winter (voted top 10 rinks by ESPN). You'll see every variety of wildlife & surrounded by beautiful mountain settings. Plenty to do from Live music, great restaurants or cozy up and watch the leaves change or the snow fall.
