I was there for a nearby two-day convention. The hotel where the convention was at didn't have any rooms available. I knew I was going to have full days so I was looking for a place to stay that was convenient, comfortable, and clean. No amenities, just a place to sleep. When I walked in, basically to dump my things and go meet the group at a shuttle to go to a Rockies game, I saw a table and 2 chairs, I thought it was nice. Then I looked at the bed to throw my suitcase on it. The bedspread had several gross looking stains on it. I didn't look any further. That was all I needed to see. I loaded my things into the car and went to the front desk. I told them about the stains and said I would be willing to look at another room. The clerk said they could get me clean sheets. I said I wouldn't feel comfortable in that room. She said all she could do is change the sheets. Meanwhile, I kept getting messages about the shuttle leaving. I ended up missing the shuttle and the game because I had to find a room. I wasn't looking for much. I just wanted a clean place to sleep after a long day. When I saw the stains on the bedspread I wasn't going to put my suitcase on it. I also wasn't going to come back after the game to a closed office and a dirty bed. If they showed me a clean room I would have stayed. That's all I was looking for. Nothing fancy.

Positives: The room was clean, the lady at the front was nice. Negatives: costly for no amenities, the bed was supposed to be a king but it was twin mattresses with a sheet over them, making it highly uncomfortable. Curtains looked like the previous guests knocked them down and neede repair to hang right. The door had a gap in the lower half giving us an unwanted outside view, and the first night we were awakened by gun shots. There is no staff on the property outside of business hours making it inconvenient if you need something in the evening or early morning. We do not recommend staying at this property.

It wasn’t a bad place to stay for a night. It had the necessities (small fridge, small tv, microwave, and wifi). The room at some points smelled like smoke because of whoever was smoking outside, but after awhile the smell went away. Be careful with the linens because they do hold a $100 deposit to check that nothing has been damaged/ruined.

I didn't like the fact they kept 66 Dollars of our Deposit. They claimed it was for a new set of bed sheets that we supposedly ruined. Yes we did accidentally break open a tide pod on the sheets. They did say that they took pictures of the sheets and we're going to send me the pictures but never did and they still have not released the $44 remaining from our deposit my wife and I completely feel like it was lies in some way to pocket the money or something I don't know.

Could not get refund after booking error. 100$ deposit but allows afterpay in 4 payments. The reason for afterpay payment is that I don't have enough to book full price. This is very inconvenient and a policy change should be made.

The room wasn't ready when we checked in at 3, had to wait for 30 minutes to get room done. When we got in the room it smelled so badly with bleach. We had to keep the door and windows open. The curtains and bed skirt were dirty. We turned on the TV and there was no signal, so front desk came and fixed TV for about an hour. When we finally went to sleep there were cockroaches climbing on the TV. We couldn't leave to different room; the place was sold out and they wouldn't give our money back. I will never go to this Motel again.
