Summary:
Denver's ultimate group house — 5 bedrooms, a private hot tub, full game room, and a theater room, all 10 minutes from downtown. This is the one your group will be talking about long after checkout.
The game room runs deep: a 2-player Mortal Kombat arcade cabinet, air hockey, shuffleboard, and a basketball shooting game. The backyard has a BBQ, fire pit, and lawn games. When the group winds down, pile into the theater room or soak in the hot tub under the Denver sky.
Free parking, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen, and easy access to the mountains, airport, and downtown make this the obvious choice for family reunions, birthday trips, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and group getaways.
The Space:
The house has 5 bedrooms with mattress sleeping for 12 — four rooms sleep 2 and one room sleeps 4. The theater room has a large sectional couch that comfortably sleeps 3 more, making this work well for groups up to 15–16. Just know that guests beyond 12 are sleeping on the couch, not a bed — great for a crew that's there for the experience, not the mattress.
Two full bathrooms serve the house. We're upfront about that — it works well for groups that communicate, and checkout is smooth with a little coordination.
The game room is the heart of the house: Mortal Kombat arcade, air hockey, shuffleboard, and a 2-player basketball game. There's a hand-painted D-Town mural perfect for group photos. A dedicated workspace with a desk, Ethernet, and 3GB Wi-Fi is available for anyone who needs to sneak in some work.
The backyard is set up for outdoor living: BBQ grill, fire pit, lawn games, and patio seating. The hot tub fits the whole crew for a soak after a long day. Driveway fits 2–3 cars with unlimited free street parking available.
Guest Access:
You'll have full access to the entire home. Locked supply closets are the only exception — everything else is yours for the stay.
The Neighborhood:
You're in a quiet, residential part of north Denver — easy to come home to after a busy day, and well-positioned for everything the city offers. Downtown Denver is 10 minutes away with its restaurants, bars, and entertainment. The Rocky Mountains are a 20-minute drive for hiking, skiing, or a scenic day trip. Denver International Airport is also 20 minutes out, making arrivals and departures easy on the whole group.
Getting Around:
The house has an oversized driveway plus unlimited free street parking — most groups drive. For those without a car, nearby bus routes connect to downtown and major transit hubs including Union Station. Denver International Airport is approximately 20 minutes by car or accessible via light rail from nearby stations.
Other Things to Note:
Before using the hot tub, please rinse off. If the water requires a full change after your stay, a $250 cleaning fee applies. We photograph the property before and after each reservation.
If there is any evidence of indoor smoking, a $200/day fee applies for the duration of the stay, plus any associated cleaning or repair costs.
