Welcome to our luxury dual-home retreat—two full houses on one property, perfect for large groups and families. Together, enjoy 8 bedrooms, 6 full baths, and 2 half baths. Sleeping includes 7 kings, 4 queens, 4 twins, a pull-out sofa for 2, and extra couch space to sleep 6 more. With two fully stocked kitchens and two private patios, this home comfortably hosts 26 guests in beds, 34, including couches space. We're open to larger groups, just send us a message!



The Space:

ATTENTION: Renovations happening Spring 2026. Current pictures are before renovations, if booking for future dates be aware there will be some design changes. Pictures will be updated when project is complete!



This unique booking includes two full homes on one property, designed for groups who want space, entertainment, and comfort all in one place. Inside, you’ll find multiple game and hangout areas, including a dedicated game room with air hockey and ping-pong, plus TVs in every bedroom and living space so everyone can relax their own way.



Step outside to enjoy a private outdoor setup featuring a fire pit, hammocks, and a trampoline—perfect for both kids and adults. The homes also include two fully equipped kitchens, modern furnishings, private patios, and plenty of seating for gathering together or spreading out. Whether it’s game nights, movie nights, or outdoor lounging, this space is built for memorable group stays.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property except for a few locked cleaning closets.

Please note: Check-in is at 12:00 PM and check-out is at 4:00 PM. We offer free parking on the premises and on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not permitted. Parties and events are not allowed. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening hours, to respect our neighbors.
