Okay for a place to sleep.

I selected this hotel because it indicated that there was an indoor pool, which my kiddo was very much looking forward to. The pool area was outdoors and closed for maintenance. Clean enough. Excessive on the dated dinosaur motif. It was a place to sleep, but I wouldn't choose it again for an adventure with my kids.

Upon entering, it was so cool! There were fossils and stuff everywhere! The staff were very kind and helpful and it was very quiet and relaxing. We had some toilet troubles but they were very kind about it and fixed it right away. I definitely recommend staying here especially if you have kids!

We really enjoyed the dinosaur-theme of the hotel. Breakfast was good with nice options for kids and adults. The room was comfortable, but a little noisy, being right next to the stairs. There isn't an elevator - which might be a deal-breaker for some. The main reason we cut our stay from two nights to one, was because the pool and hot tub were closed. The fantastic reviews about the pool and hot tub were the only reason we chose this property, so we were really bummed, after 6 miles of walking, to find that it was closed. Don't count on Hotels.com to have up to date info on the hotel amenities...call the hotel and make sure everything you're looking forward to is up and running before you book!

Pool & Hot tub out of order

Booked this room thinking it was close to my appointment and that it had a pool and a hot tub. Well the pool and hot tub were both out of order (and had been for weeks). Then I get to my room and theres no bath tub only a shower, and absolutely no t.p. in the room. I had to call doen to the office immediately. But the people working there were all very nice

This just happens to be a problem of chain hotels that say they have restaurants and hot tubs in their amenities list and for probably the sixth time in the last year no hot tub, pool and the restaurant is closed. It was pretty funny whenever I was voicing my feelings to the front desk guy. He handed me a snack said sorry there’s nothing he can do about it!
