The airport shuttle was the entire reason I booked this hotel, and it ended up being the biggest disappointment. I arrived around 11:30pm and waited outside until 12:10am for a shuttle that the hotel advertises as running every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day. This is stated multiple times in their own materials, including a sign at the front desk. I had even emailed over a month ahead to confirm the schedule and never received a response. When I finally arrived, the woman at the front desk was openly rude. No greeting, no apology, nothing. She knew exactly who I was because I had just spoken with her on the phone, and the attitude continued through check-in. She scoffed when I asked about the shuttle schedule, smacked my room keys onto the counter, and walked away mid-interaction. After traveling all day and standing outside late at night waiting for a shuttle that never came, this was the last thing I needed. The room itself was fine, but customer service was unacceptable. The morning staff member was kind and helpful, but the overall experience left a bad taste. If a hotel advertises a 24/7 shuttle, it should honor it — and guests should never be met with hostility after a long travel day.

I’ve stayed here before and loved it. This time was a weekend and there were parties going on till midnight both inside and in the parking lot. No microwave or coffee in the room. Breakfast was extremely limited. Front desk couldn’t result coffee, tea and hot chocolate supplies. Parking was $12.00 per night.
